Jampots and family fly back to England tomorrow after nearly three
years of enjoying the beautiful countryside, the animals and birds,
and all the friendly people we have met in your wonderful country!
I really had fun discovering letterboxing - a great way to combine
hikes in parks and countryside with the excitement of a treasure
hunt! I'm hoping to go out and look for boxes on Dartmoor when we're
back in England - an hour and a half's trip to Dartmoor is nothing by
American standards!
Which brings me to thank all those of you who helped with suggestions
of great places to visit on our final road trip West from Cincinnati.
We had a great time driving 4633 miles and visiting 12 states.

Have a safe trip home and the best of everything to you and your
family. Keep in touch on the list - someday soon I plan to make a
return trip to England and would love a letterboxing buddy there at
Dartmoor... (hint, hint)
